Easy 4 Ingredient Chicken Pot Pie

Sometimes you just need some comfort food but don’t have much time.  This easy and simple chicken pot pie recipe is perfect for a busy weeknight.  It’s so easy your kids can help you make it.

Easy 4 Ingredient Chicken Pot Pie


We used canned chicken but you can substitute leftover turkey as well.  It’s so good no one will believe it’s only 4 ingredients!  This meal is perfect to take to another family and can be frozen and cooked later.

Ingredients

  • 1.  Refrigerated pie crust
  • 2.  Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 3.  1 bag of mixed vegetables
  • 4.  I can of all-white meat chicken in water
  • *Alternately you can use 1 1/2 cups shredded leftover turkey

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees
  2. Then, drain the chicken and place in the mixing bowl along with the mixed vegetables and can of chicken soup. 
  3. Place the first, of the 2, refrigerated pie crusts in the greased, shallow baking dish.
  4. Make sure to go around the edge, pinching the sides closed. 
  5. Then, make a few slices on top to vent while baking.
